OUR SAVANNAH KITTENS

Our Savannah kittens have velvety, short haired coats and are low shedding and low allergen. They are extremely intelligent and high energy. They are curious, adventurous and crave interaction. They may not all be "lap cats", but they are affectionate, playful, and very loyal to their human families. Your kitten will follow you around like a puppy, meeting you at the door and offering loving "head butts" to you! You can play catch and they’ll bring back your ball just like a dog! We have found their favourite "ball" is a wadded up piece of paper. They love water games, and can be taught to walk on a leash and harness. If you get a Savannah as a kitten, they will get along easily with other pets you may already have.

All of our kittens are raised to use a litter box. We raise our kittens with our family in our house as well as with other pets to get them accustomed to living with other animals. Buyers from Canada receive a guarantee of quality breeding with all our kittens. Your kitten will be fully vaccinated and health guaranteed as well as certified TCA registration papers.

The size of a Savannah depends very much on the size and type of their parents and also of the percentage of wild blood they have from the Serval. The biggest cats are F1 Savannahs (up to 53% Serval) and males of the F2 Generations (29% Serval). They can grow to be about two and a half times larger than a regular house cat, weighing from 15 to 28 pounds and occasionally, over 30 pounds. F3 males (16% Serval) are often still considerably larger than a regular house cat. F3 females and all cats of further generations decrease in size but keep their long legs, big ears and the wild appearance. Savannahs will not be fully grown until 3 years of age.
